Kevin was recommended to me and he exceeded my expectations. I'm from another state and I told Kevin what I was looking for, what I did not want and my budget. I had a limited amount of time to shop and requested Kevin's time exclusively. Because Kevin has RLS access to the whole state of AZ, he started sending me listings by email to view from 4 different areas I was interested in.
